In the Rice with Black Truffle each and every detail has been taken care of to offer a final result of high quality and maximum satisfaction. Perfect flavor and aroma: The rice that has been selected is grown in the best of the ecological environments in Spain, specifically in the Albufera natural park, in the city of Valencia.
Black truffle rice contains the truffle variety called Tuber melanosporum, one of the truffles that is most highly valued in kitchens around the world for its flavor and aroma; both intense, but just right. The rice is perfect, with a spectacular truffle aroma and ready to be cooked. In addition, it also contains slices of dehydrated truffle that help to highlight that special aroma and flavor of truffle.
TORREZNOS DE SORIA – MORENO SAEZ
Among all the products that Embutidos Moreno Sáez manufactures, the marinated bacon stands out for the preparation by frying the torrezno de Soria. This is made by frying the strips of Cured Marinated Bacon slowly in a frying pan or deep fryer, so that the crust gradually rises and becomes fluffy to finally be crisp and tasty. The problem is that this process can take between 30 and 40 minutes. Torrezno de Soria is a product that is increasingly appreciated by consumers and whoever tastes it is pleasantly surprised by its good taste and crunchy texture.
ORANGES AND MANDARINS – NARANJAS MARAVILLAS
They do not apply any post-harvest chemical treatment, or pesticides, or waxes that beautify the oranges (because for Naranjas Maravilla, natural is the most beautiful). Nor do they keep their fruit in cold rooms or anything artificial. The process is direct, from the field to your home. In addition, they are very aware of the planet, so they grow sustainable crops, with a drip irrigation system that saves up to 40% of water. They also carry out all citrus shipments without any type of plastic, mesh or seals. Zero plastics
MIRA SALINAS TINTO – BODEGAS SIERRA SALINAS
Intense and deep red, on the nose it is complex, with notes of ripe fruit (blackberries, red plums) and elegant spices with Denomination of Origin Alicante. The name of the wine comes from the house in front of the winery, which is currently in ruins and was the original winery of the Mira family, very popular in Alicante. At MGWines they wanted to honor them by maintaining the name of the MIRA SALINAS wine.
EL ALFAR OIL – LA MAJA
Extra virgin olive oil; made only with olives of the Arbequina variety and its flavor is almond-bitter, slightly spicy, being sweet and fluid at the end.
BLACK GARLIC – LA ABUELA CARMEN
Made in its own facilities in Montalbán de Córdoba, with garlic from its own cultivation. It is obtained through a long natural maturation process, without any other ingredients, additives or preservatives. This convenient format comes in ready-to-eat peeled cloves.
GRANO DE PISTACHO – GREEN PISTACHIO
High quality pistachio kerman variety kerman. Peeling is presented with cuticle and at its perfect point of maturation.
MERMELADA DE MANZANILLA – EL TESORILLO
Sweet gelled Manzanilla wine sauce, handcrafted with Manzanilla Wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. They are the only ones that can produce this jam with this wine, due to its geographical location according to the regulatory council.
BLUE DUCK SAUSAGE – ARTEMONTE
It is a chorizo made completely by hand and is cured in natural drying rooms. It is made with blue duck meat, which is a wild duck and of which they are unique and pioneering manufacturers in Spain. It is a very small duck that has no fat so the duck is mixed with the pork belly. A new and different product.
LOIN OF JABALÍ CURED IN ROSEMARY – ARTEMONTE
A product at the height of the best Iberian products. Wild boars are raised in complete freedom feeding on acorn and forage, which results in a high quality product with an intense flavor, but without the fat that pork has. The process consists in that once they obtain and select the best loins of the wild boar, they marinate it with natural spices in which rosemary stands out and they cure it for 100 days until obtaining a tender product with an unmistakable flavor. When the product is served already sliced, it is recommended to spray it with a few drops of oil.
Txakolí fresh, young and cheerful. A wine designed for young and vibrant people. An easy and pleasant Txakoli that accompanies you in your good moments. It is a wine without limits, a cocktail of fresh and refreshing flavors that explode in every sip you make on your palate. Full of tropical flavors and a fine bubble (Txinparta). Made from Hondarrabi zuri grapes from the freshest vineyards.
TOLEDO WHOLE SAUSAGE – 520GR
Salchichón de Toledo is one of the brand’s specialties, being the only ones that make it. It has a characteristic flavor and shape, the result of the selection of top quality raw materials and traditional production, which has been maintained over the years. The cure is 70 days.
SWEET SELECTION – SMALL PASTRY
Nougat: Almond guirlache, with a touch of dark chocolate.
Rocas: Milk chocolate bonbon with candied orange and almond cubes.
Truffles: Handmade cream and chocolate bonbon in two varieties: with a touch of rum or whiskey with almond praline.
