MONTE REAL RIOJA CRIANZA CUVEE 2018 – BODEGAS RIOJANAS
Bodegas Riojanas, founded in 1890 and with more than one hundred and thirty years of experience, decided to give continuity to the Monte Real brand born in 1933. Bodegas Riojanas knows well that the true author of its wines is the vineyard, which gives them its unequivocal expression. For this reason, they have wanted to expand their variety, so that when the consumer opens a bottle of Monte Real Cuvee they are impregnated with the maximum expression of its origin, its identity and its essence.
Monte Real Crinaza Cuvee 2018 was born from a long work of selecting the best vineyards in the “El Monte” area in Cenicero, Rioja Alta. It is obtained from three hectares of Tempranillo and one hectare of Graciano that are at an altitude of 450 m, with ages over 40 years. Historic vineyard plots characterized by being naturally unproductive and containing calcareous clay soils with pebbles. The aging time is eighteen months. It has aromas of berries among which blackberries and blueberries prevail, very well integrated with the spicy character of liquorice and aromas from the barrel, among which chocolate, toffee and fine toast stand out. GARGALO D.O. MONTERREI, TREIXADURA AND ALBARIÑO 2019 – BODEGAS RIOJANAS
Bodegas Gargalo is the project that Roberto Verino founded in 1998 with the aim that his wines faithfully reflect his origin, a land that saw him born and whose incomparable value he wants to highlight. It has a denomination of origin Monterrei, Orense. For Verino, elegance is born from the earth, you do not need anything more than let nature do its job. Distributed since 2019 by Bodegas Riojanas, it reached a collaboration and commercialization agreement, since they are united by the same philosophy of respect for the origin of their wines. Since then, the designer’s commitment to the Monterrei winery has grown and taken hold.
Treixadura and Albariño grape wine with a limited annual production. Clean, bright wine with soft yellow tones tinged with forest greens. On the nose it is very intense, with citrus aromas dominated by mandarin and orange. Long and wide in the mouth, very round with hints of pome fruits, unctuous. Awarded with ninety Peñín guide points in 2021.


PEDROSILLANO FINE CHICKPEAS – LEGUMBRES BAENA

It is carefully collected from the field, guided by its philosophy of respect for the environment and concerned with food quality. It is a specific product that is grown in the Montemayor area, Córdoba.

PREMIUM OLIVE EVOO OIL – OLIVE EVOO
Aove del Olivo is a family business born in 1998 that is now the seventh generation dedicated to extra virgin olive oil. They are located in the town of Palenciana, south of the Subbética Cordobesa in the geographic center of Andalusia and on the banks of the Genil river. They are farmers, producers, packers and distributors of their own Extra Virgin olive oil and table olives.
Aove del Olivo Premium is an oil produced in the Subbética Cordobesa with a Special selection of Picual variety olives. Homegrown oil, which uses the resources and mechanisms of natural production to the maximum in order to guarantee sustainable agriculture, controlling the entire process from the olive grove to the table.

El Pescador de Arosa is the line of gourmet preserves made by Conservas Portomar S.L.U. Company belonging to the Spanish group Armadora Pereira, founded in 1955 and headquartered in Vigo. The main activity of the group is fishing and the transformation of fish products in their refrigerated and frozen versions. Our preparations are cooked with 100% natural ingredients, without additives, without colorings and without preservatives, to enjoy unique flavors and very healthy products.

BURGOS MORCILLA SKEWERS – EMBUTIDOS RÍOS
Embutidos RIOS is a family business located in Villarcayo with a long history in the meat sector that dates back to 1930 and is now managed by the third generation.
Over the years we have specialized in rice black pudding, 100% natural without preservatives or additives, as well as creating varieties such as onion or vegetable black pudding. They have selected suppliers and premium raw materials for the elaboration of their products. The first Burgos company to manufacture blood sausage from Burgos certified with the quality mark of the Junta de Castilla y León “Tierra de Sabor”
Black pudding made in an artisanal and natural way suitable for all consumption (lactose-free, gluten-free and without additives) that is made with D.O. Valencia and with Pimentón de la Vera.

SUFLÍ SALAD – SUFLÍ FOOD INDUSTRIES
Industrias Alimenticias de Suflí was founded in 1985 in the Alto Almanzora region (Almería), in the town of Suflí. This company and its founders decide to value and publicize the artisanal preserves that for so many years the inhabitants of the place had prepared for their own consumption with the vegetables grown on the banks of the Almanzora river. Aided by the labor of the workers of the region, they make known the Suflí Salad, continuing with the artisan tradition.
The Suflí salad has been traditionally known as “Suflí Fry” for 35 years. It is a traditional and homemade preserve typical of the towns of eastern Almeria. This preserve is made up of two of the most used vegetables on the Mediterranean coast, such as the pepper and the natural tomato. It is used as a stir-fry to cook on the fire with meat, mainly resulting in a tasty sauce. The green pepper is hand-roasted over charcoal, achieving the smell and flavor of the fire. Later it is peeled and cut by hand. The tomato is blanched, peeled and cut by hand in the same way and packed. Sterilization and sealing is done as in the old days in the “water bath”


SOBRASADA ARTESANA MENORQUINA (170GR APPROX) – SON SIVINETA
Son Sivineta is a family business born from the passion and dedication they have to achieve pure, authentic and old-fashioned flavors in all their products. His master cheesemaker, who has been living in Menorca for more than eleven years, has been working for the best cheese factories and has come to specialize in traditional techniques. In addition, they raise their cows in total freedom on their farms, providing them with care and pampering to ensure their well-being.
Sobrasada artisan made by hand according to the tradition of Menorca, which is made with the mixture of minced meat from black pig raised in freedom and spices. Made from the animal’s own gut and hand-sewn.
Its texture is unctuous and cohesive with characteristic flavor and aromas and a clear presence of paprika. The maturation time ranges between sixty and ninety days in a cellar at a controlled temperature and humidity.
SEMI-CURED ARTISAN CHEESE D.O.P. MAHÓN-MENORCA (190GR APPROX) – SON SIVINETA
Son Sivineta is a family business born from the passion and dedication they have to achieve pure, authentic and old-fashioned flavors in all their products. His master cheesemaker, who has been living in Menorca for more than eleven years, has been working for the best cheese factories and has come to specialize in traditional techniques. In addition, they raise their cows in total freedom on their farms, providing them with care and pampering to ensure their well-being.
Semi-cured artisan cheese of approximately 190 grams, and handmade according to the tradition of Menorca, which is made with raw milk from freshly milked grazing cows and following the regulations of the D.O.P. Mahón-Menorca. With an intense high smell reminiscent of dairy, butter and roasted nuts. In the mouth it is firm, intense and with a touch of spice at the end.
It has a maturation of between ninety and one hundred and forty days on Menorcan pine wood. It is smeared with A.O.V.E and Pimentón de la Vera D.O. on the outside and has no preservatives or additives.


CHESTNUT HONEY – XACOBEA HONEYS
Mieles Xacobea and Miel A Cabeciña are the two brands that are under the company that produces 100% pure honey in an artisanal way. After several years dedicating themselves to beekeeping as a hobby, they decided to go one step further and create their own company “Mieles Xacobea”. Its apiaries are located in A Serra de Groba (Galicia), which is a mountainous system that crosses Baiona, Oia and El Rosal. Dedicated to both conventional honey such as Heather, Chestnut or multifloral and organic honey.
The Chestnut Honey is one of the varieties produced by the bees of Mieles Xacobea and is marketed under the brand name Miel a Cabeciña. The honey collected by the bees in the lands where the chestnut flower (Castanea sativa) dominates, is of a dark amber color with a reddish tone, has a very peculiar flavor, woody with salty touches and a penetrating aroma.
This monofloral variety has more vitamin C, as well as minerals and antioxidants than honeys made from other types of flowers.
COCOA AND WINE TRUFFLES – KANKEL CACAO
Kankel Cacao was born inspired by the desire to create a delicate, sophisticated and genuine personal experience through the origin of cocoa. Its teacher and founder Juan Ángel Rodrigálvarez, has the award for Best Pastry Chef 2010 from the Royal Spanish Academy of Gastronomy, among many other recognitions.
His experience for more than 30 years and his very personal way of understanding the world of cocoa transforms into pure and complex flavors at the same time. With over seventy different varieties of cocoa they have experimented over the years.
Creamy ganache of red wine and aromas encapsulated in a cocoa coating, wrapped in skin made with grape skins. Kankel’s own character is configured in his workshop. It is an artisan product made in Albelda de Iregua, La Rioja.
